Fran Pic Boyd Bailey likes the role of Chief Encouragement Officer. His passion is to encourage and equip leaders engaged in Kingdom focused enterprises. Mike Flink's desire is to help ministries reach their God given potential and to enflame a passion in God's people to get involved in advancing His Kingdom. Mike has a depth of experience counseling both ministries and donors as a financial advisor at Ronald Blue & Co, where he encouraged his clients to honor God with their finances. Prior to joining Ministry Ventures, Mike also served as a development consultant at Development Services Group. He is excited to be on the team at Ministry Ventures and to engage with ministries and donors that love God and people. Mike grew up as a missionary kid in East Asia and still enjoys going overseas on short-term missions trips and has served in Kenya, the Ivory Coast, and Haiti.
Dale Hart brings twenty years of experience working with non-profit organizations to the Ministry Ventures team. Dale has served as Executive Vice-President of Christ's Haven for Children and Vice-President of Dallas Christian School, as well as Executive Director for Open Arms Home, Teen Lifeline, and the Keller ISD Education Foundation. Dale currently serves on the Board of Directors for Teen Lifeline and on advisory boards for The Mercy Foundation and Impossible Possibilities.
Cindy Lowry is the Finance and IT Manager. Her accounting and IT background and passion for details and ministry provides unique and needed skill to the Ministry Ventures’ team.
Elaine Paradise is the Ministry Development Coordinator, focused on recruiting ministries to MINISTRY MASTERY LIVE! and from there through the application process for the MINISTRY MASTERY. She also oversees the Ministry Ventures’ Prayer Team and serves as Executive Assistant to Boyd Bailey. Elaine’s skills in administration and her passion for ministry equip her well for each of these roles.
LeAnn Pearson is the Atlanta Area Director for Ministry Ventures. Using her background in Communications, she has applied her skills for over 15 years in ministry and business operations. Her broad experience includes Director of Training at an international ministry, real estate developer for a national non-profit, Director of Human Resources, and life coach. She has a passion to see resources stewarded wisely for the Kingdom, and is committed to invest her life in others.
Gary Young is the Chief Operating Officer of Ministry Ventures. Gary has over 20 years experience in business development across multiple industries. The first half of Gary’s career was spent in sales & strategic marketing within Fortune 20 companies with the last 12 years focused in the turnaround and start-up arena. It is during this period that Gary has served several ministries in the area of strategic planning and operational efficiencies. Gary received his MBA from Emory University and his BS in Economics & Political Science from Michigan State University.
