A Kingdom Perspective in Fundraising: Passion

  • Here are a few ways we can develop a kingdom mindset in our fundraising as we minister to our donors. The second idea is passion.
  • Passion
  • Nothing is more exciting than seeing a person connect with his or her passion. It may be the discipleship of children, teenage evangelism, serving the poor and needy, marriage renewal, financial stewardship, or world missions, just to name a very few.
  • But to see someone engage financially, spiritually, and emotionally, this is what brings life to this person’s Christian faith and puts a smile on the face of our heavenly Father. The value of your relationship with a donor compounds when you help God’s people give to and grow with others within the Body of Christ.
  • What are the passion points of the donors I know? What opportunities can I introduce them to that reflect their passions?
